This Product is a unique combinatiion of various high grade chemical compounds, which, when dries after application , looks pleasant shining white and becomes strong enough to protect the surface, where it is applied, from all the atmospheric variations and as a result the surface gets long life along with its beauty.
1) Water proofing cum heat reduction coating on roof.
Our advanced waterproofing solution not only permanently seals cracks and holes in the roof but also addresses the ongoing issue of expansion and contraction. With this coating, you’ll never have to worry about leakage again.
What sets it apart? It’s resistant to water and remains intact on the surface without wearing off, offering long-lasting protection. Additionally, it significantly reduces heat transmission, ensuring a cooler environment inside the building. You can experience a substantial drop in room temperature, especially under the roof.
For instance, when Multybond was applied to the roof and external walls the temperature difference was remarkable. During the hot summer of April 2020,while the outdoor temperature soared to 51°C, inside the building where Multybond was applied, it was a comfortable 34°C—a difference of 15°C!
2) Water Proofing-cum-Heat Reduction Coating on External Walls:
Over time, water leakage can cause internal walls to appear unsightly, with peeling paint, flaking, and discoloration. To address this, we recommend the application of Multybond, a specialized solution designed to waterproof and reduce heat on external walls.
1.Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the walls to remove dirt, dust, and debris
2. Primer Coats:
a. Apply the first coat of our special primer to prepare the surface.
b. After the first coat, fill any cracks or holes with a paste made from Multybond and glass powder for a seamless finish.
c. Apply second coat of primer to ensure a solid base.
3. Multybond Application:
1. Once the primer is dried, apply a single coat of Multybond (general grade).
2. Customers can select a shade of their choice, though lighter shades like white are recommended for better temperature reduction.
Aesthetic Enhancement: The final surface will have a smooth, glossy appearance, enhancing the beauty of your walls.

3) Water proofing for water tank and swimming pool
To ensure durable waterproofing for water tanks and swimming pools, the following process is recommended
1.Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dust or debris.
2. Crack and Hole Filling:
a. Prepare a Multybond paste by mixing it with glass powder.
b. Use this paste to fill all holes and cracks
3. Multybond Application (Inside):
Once the surface is smooth, apply three coats of Multybond (general grade)for water tank and four coats for swimming pool, allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next one.
4. Multybond Application (Outside):
On the outer surfaces, apply two coats of Multybond (general grade), ensuring all holes and cracks are filled as stated above.
Once the process is complete, the surface will have a beautiful, glossy appearance, providing a long-lasting solution against leakage and minimizing the need for repainting.
Water remaining as it was fillid in without getting heated up during summer seasion.
Life of the water tank gets increased especially that of synthetic water tank because of this coating.
4) Multybond Benefits and Application on Various Surfaces.
For all surfaces applying three coats of Multybond (general grade) will extend the life span of the structure, while significantly reducing heat, if shade is white or light colour.
