Leakage from the roof is the most headache for everyone and therefore we have given at most importance for solving this vexed problem. Roof is subject to expansion and contraction because of the temperature variations and as a result roof develops cracks and to prevent this phenomenon we have developed a product which never dries when applied on the roof. We apply this product on the roof as first coat and over it two more coats applied one coat each of two products which are getting dried. As the first coat never dries up it take care of expansion and contraction of the roof and all the cracks and holes are perfectly plugged and hence the perennial vexed problem of leakage is permanently solved. This product doesn't get dissolved in the water nor gets removed from the surface. It also reduces heat transmission and heance a drastic reduction of heat can be had inside the building/house. If our product Multybond is applied on the roof and external walls there will be a difference in temperature inside the house/building to the extent of more than 15 degree centigrade during the sunny sultry days which we observed when we measured the temperature during the peak days of summer.
Our product Multybond can be applied anywhere for waterproffing / heat reduction / rust prevention cum heat reduction on Metallic Surface / Wood / FRP / Bus / Car / Train for heat reduction cum protective coating and inside walls for long lasting shining paint which is washable also.
